Xbox Games with Gold for February 2022 announced

January 27, 2022 by Andrew Newton

It’s that time of the month again when we get to find out what Microsoft has in store for Gold subscribers and this February brings four new titles filled with adventure, investigation, strategy and more.

Throughout February subscribers will be able to play Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse and take part in the latest adventure in the series.  Take the role of George Stobbart and French journalist Nico Collard and solve the mystery behind a stolen painting as well as uncover an ancient murderous conspiracy.

Also available from 1st February until 15th is the third person survival adventure Hydrophobia.  Take control of Kate and fight off terrorists on the floating city as you uncover the terrifying truth of the Malthusian agenda.  Use oil fires, electricity and the water itself to kill the terrorists in fast paced action.  This Xbox 360 title is available through backwards compatibility.

From 16th February to 15th March is Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield.  This 3D side scrolling runner takes players to a futuristic city and puts them in the role of Wally, a mysterious character who tries to uncover what has happened to him.  Run, jump and slide through a captivating storyline filled with challenges and adventure.

Finally, for the last half of February is the Xbox 360 game (available with backwards compatibility) Band of Bugs.  In this turn-based strategy, take your avatar into battle against bugs, spiders and more. Different bug types have different combat roles, such as heavy infantry, archer, support.  As well as a single player campaign there’s also multiplayer so you can enjoy the bug battles with up to 7 friends.
