Lil Rel Howery and Josh Brener are Bromates in trailer for new comedy

September 20, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

A new poster and trailer have been released for Bromates, the upcoming comedy from director Court Crandell and executive producer Snoop Dogg.

The film follows Jonesie (Lil Rel Howery) and Sid (Josh Brener), best friends who move in together to attempt to help each other though their recent break-ups, which sees their lives quickly move from heartbreak to hilarity, and potentially death.

When best friends – though polar opposites – Jonesie (Lil Rel Howery) and Sid (Josh Brener) both break up with their girlfriends at the same time they decide to move in together in a misguided attempt to help each other through their respective breakups. Alongside their friends Angry Mike (Asif Ali) and Runway Dave (Brendan Scannell), things move quickly from heartbreak to hilarity, to life, and potentially, death.

Also featuring in the cast of Bromates alongside Lil Rel Howery and Josh Brener are Asif Ali, Brendan Scannell, and Taryn Manning, with a cameo from Snoop Dogg.

Bromates arrives in cinemas and on VOD on October 7th.
