Game of Thrones and The Witch’s Kate Dickie is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Deadline reporting that the actress will appear in the second season of the Disney+ series Loki.
While details on Dickie’s role are being kept under wraps, the trade reports that she is believed to be portraying a villain. The Scottish actress previously worked with Disney on Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi, where she featured briefly as a First Order Officer.
The second season of Loki features the return of Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Owen Wilson (Mobius M. Mobius), Sophia Di Martino (Sylvie), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Ravonna Renslayer), Wunmi Mosaku (Hunter B-15), Eugene Cordero (Hunter K-5E) and Tara Strong (Miss Minutes), while new additions alongside Dickie include Rafael Casal (Blindspotting) and Ke Huy Quan (Everything Everywhere All At Once).

Loki season two is slated to premiere on Disney+ in mid-2023 as part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
