Could we see the turn of the deliciously villainous Stan Edgar? Giancarlo Esposito is teasing a possible return for The Boys Season 4, giving us another outing with the former CEO of Vought.
The actor told TVLine that a return isn’t out of the question but wouldn’t give a solid confirmation, stating: “I find The Boys to be a very creepy, interesting, edgy, and sick show — in the best way possible. It’s genius. And… I won’t string it out anymore: I think there is a great chance,” says Esposito.
At the end of The Boys Season 3, Stan Edgar was removed as CEO of Vought International and was replaced by Homelander as CEO. The company has severed ties, and Edgar’s former ally Victoria Neuman denounced him. The exact details of his status are unknown, but we may find out by the start of season four.
