The Blade Runner franchise is returning for video games, with Annapurna Interactive announcing the upcoming release of Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth.
Details on the new game are scarce at present, but – as you may guess from its title – it is set between Ridley Scott’s classic original and Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049, after the events of the Black Out, “and asks: what does a Blade Runner do when there are no Replicants left to hunt?” Check out the reveal trailer here…

Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth will mark the fourth video game in the Blade Runner franchise after 1985’s shoot ’em-up, 1997’s point and click adventure, and 2018’s Google Daydream VR title Blade Runner: Revelations.
