J.A. Bayona is returning to Spanish-language filmmaking for the first time in 14 years to tell yet another story of humanity against the odds with Society of the Snow, the true tale of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, which crashed in the heart of the Andes in 1972, forcing those who made it to face unimaginable choices in order to survive.
