Jordan Peele is looking towards his next movie, and he says it could be his favorite film he’s made.
The Get Out, Us, and Nope filmmaker is beginning to develop his next film and finally shared his first takes on the project during an appearance with Conan O’Brien. Peele revealed what he’s cooking up when asked about his upcoming fourth film:
“This has been…obviously, it’s been an interesting year because the writer’s strike had had me in a state of listening, and that’s where I need to be,” Peele said on the ‘Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend‘ podcast. “I do feel like my next project is clear to me, and I’m psyched that I have another film that, you know, could be my favorite movie if I make it right.”
As for what kind of film we could see from the filmmaker, we look back to Peele’s comment in 2017. He declared he had “four other social thrillers that I want to unveil in the next decade.”
The film was initially set for a Christmas 2024 release, but as we previously reported, the film will no longer be released that day, and we are looking at a 2025 release.
