Sydney Sweeney nun horror Immaculate gets a red band trailer

Neon has debuted the first red band trailer for Immaculate, the upcoming horror from The Voyeurs director Michael Mohan and star Sydney Sweeney.

The film sees Sweeney as a young devout nun, Cecilia, who is offered a role in a remote convent in the Italian countryside where she discovers she is pregnant, which is believed to be an immaculate conception, but she soon discovers that her new home harbours dark and horrifying secrets. Sydney Sweeney (Anyone But You, Euphoria, The White Lotus) stars as Cecilia, an American nun of devout faith, embarking on a new journey in a remote convent in the picturesque Italian countryside. Cecilia’s warm welcome quickly devolves into a nightmare as it becomes clear her new home harbors a sinister secret and unspeakable horrors.

Immaculate sees Sweeney starring alongside Simona Tabasco (The White Lotus), Alvaro Morte (Money Heist), Benedetta Porcaroli (Baby), and Dora Romano (The Hand of God).

Immaculate is set for release on March 22nd.
