A new addition has been made to the ensemble cast of Netflix’s upcoming drama The Waterfront from Scream creator Kevin Williamson. Per Deadline, That 70’s Show alum Topher Grace will feature in a recurring role.
The Waterfront is based on true events focusing on the Buckley family’s attempts to use any means necessary to retain control of their fishing empire. Grace will play Grady, “a shrewd and intense individual who is looking to get in business with the Buckley family.”
The Waterfront stars Holt McCallany (The Iron Claw), Maria Bello (A History of Violence), Melissa Benoist (Supergirl), Jack Weary (It Follows), Rafael L. Silva (9-1-1: Lone Star), Humberly González (Ginny & Georgia), Danielle Campbell (The Originals), Bradley Hepner (The Black Phone), Gerardo Celasco (Devil in Ohio), Michael Gaston (Daredevil: Born Again) and Zach Roerig (The Vampire Diaries).
The Waterfront is created by Williamson. Directing the first two episodes is Marcos Siega (Dexter: New Blood), who will executive produce with Outerbanks Entertainment’s Ben Fast. Universal Television will oversee production.
