Alan Silvestri to score Avengers: Infinity War

June 7, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers composer Alan Silvestri is set for a return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, announcing on his official website that he’ll be scoring both parts of Avengers: Infinity War.

Avengers: Infinity War Part I and Part II are being directed by Joe and Anthony Russo (Captain America: Civil War) and are set for release in May 2018 and May 2019. There’s been no official word on casting yet, but expect to see all the Avengers back, along with the Guardians of the Galaxy and pretty much every other character we’ve seen in the MCU so far (well, the big screen side of things, at least).
