The Star Wars Rebels story is set to draw to a close this year with the fourth and final season of the Lucasfilm animated series, and Disney XD has announced that the action will get underway with a two-part premiere on October 16th [you can read our review of the premiere episode here].
Furthermore, it looks like we’ll be getting a double-bill every week, with Disney XD unveiling the titles and air dates for the first six episodes…
- Episodes 1 & 2: “Heroes of Mandalore: Part 1 & 2” (October 16, 2017)
- Episodes 3 & 4: “In the Name of the Rebellion: Part 1 & 2” (October 23, 2017)
- Episode 5: “The Occupation” (October 30, 2017)
- Episode 6: “Flight of the Defender” (October 30, 2017)
As noted by Star Wars News Net, should we get two episodes per week without a break, the series would come to an end on December 4th, prior to the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi in cinemas.
