The guest stars for season two of Amazon’s The Grand Tour have been announced, including names such as Kiefer Sutherland and David Hasselhoff.
The car series that serves as a spiritual successor to Top Gear – at least as it existed when it starred Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May – is gearing up for its second season and now we know which guests to look forward to.
Among those booked for the second outing are: Luke Evans, Kiefer Sutherland, Hugh Bonneville, Kevin Pietersen, Dominic Cooper, Dynamo, Rory Mcllroy, Michael Ball, Ricky Wilson, David Hasselhoff, and Alfie Boe.
In a statement, Hasselhoff, the star of 80s car drama Knight Rider, commented: “I’m basically an actor, I’m not really a good driver, but I just look good doing it.”
Ricky Wilson has also spoken about his appearance, including a face off against Hasselhoff:
“I’m fiercely competitive and whilst I don’t know the results yet, it’s OK if Hasselhoff beats me because he’s my hero! I really enjoyed it and I hope it looks as good on TV as it felt being in the car.”
The Grand Tour returns on December 8th.
