The directors of Avengers: Infinity War have called for zero spoilers before the film is released, leading the film’s stars to share their responses.
It’s almost impossible to avoid spoilers for our favourite films in this day and age. With the internet playing such a big role in our day to day lives, it can be difficult to go into a movie without any knowledge of events.
Of course, this is a nightmare for studios and directors, who try desperately to keep plot details and secret reveals under wraps. Joe and Anthony Russo, the two directors behind what will most likely be this year’s biggest film, Avengers: Infinity War, have made their plea for fans and press not to spoil the film in the run up to its release.

While keeping quiet about exciting details isn’t something certain actors excel at, the stars of Infinity War have taken to social media with their responses nonetheless.
Robert Downey Jr. posted: “I trust you all can keep a secret…no spoilers please #ThanosDemandsYourSilence”

Tom Holland, who has often spoken about plot details regarding Spider-Man has responded to the Russo’s letter by saying: “This letter was originally addressed to me.”

Fingers crossed stars, press, and fans can all keep quiet until everyone has a chance to see the film for themselves.
