Coinciding with the release of the first trailer for Guy Ritchie’s The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Variety is reporting that the British filmmaker has cast Eric Bana (Hulk, Deliver Us from Evil) in his next offering, Knights of the Round Table: King Arthur.
Bana is set to play Uther Pendragon, the father of the future king Arthur, who will be portrayed by Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy). Also featuring in the cast is Astrid Berges-Frisbey (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) as Guinevere, while Djimon Hounsou (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Jude Law (Black Sea) are reportedly in line for roles.
Knights of the Round Table: King Arthur is currently set for release on July 22nd 2016.
