Released in 2019, A Plague Tale: Innocence takes place in 14th century France during the Hundred Years’ War, just as the Black Death is descending upon Europe. Players take on the role of Amicia de Rune, a teenage girl fleeing plague-infested rats and French Inquisition soldiers with her sickly young brother Hugo. The sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem, is set for release later this year.
