Aftercharge arrives on Xbox One and PC

January 9, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Indie developer Chainsawesome’s 3 vs 3 asymmetrical brawler shooter Aftercharge will be launching on Xbox One and Windows PC this Thursday offering players full cross-platform support through neon lit multiplayer arenas.

Aftercharge is a competitive multiplayer brawler shooter that will see teams of three players become either invisible robots or an invincible security squad. Six glowing structures called Extractors will serve as the objectives for both teams with the robots having to use their skills of stealth, create distractions etc to destroy them while the Enforcers security squad will need to defend them at all costs.  Each team will feature ten unique class based characters that cater for multiple playstyles.

This brutal team battle title features:

  • Unique blend of fresh mechanics that sees an invisible team fighting an invincible team. Allies can be revived instantly with no limit and there are zero cool-downs on abilities.
  • Bite-size competitive matches – Small teams, small maps and short rounds but big on action.
  • Asymmetrical characters – Players can choose from a variety of different characters on each side each with widely different abilities and roles to vary your team’s strategy.
  • Online multiplayer and matchmaking – Team up with players anywhere around the world and face off against opponents of similar skill level.

Aftercharge will arrive on the Microsoft store on Thursday, January 10th.
