Deadline is reporting that Amber Heard is set to headline The Kind Worth Killing, director Agnieszka Holland’s (Europa Europa, The Secret Garden) adaptation of Peter Swanson’s 2015 novel of the same name.
The film will see Heard as Lily, “a mysterious and stunning killer who meets Ted Severson on a late-night flight from London to Boston. Ted confesses that he’s had thoughts about murdering his unfaithful wife. Lily offers to help, and the two form a strange, twisted bond while plotting his wife’s demise.”
Heard is currently gearing up to start production on Warner Bros.’ DC solo movie Aquaman, where she plays the character of Mera. She will make her debut as the Atlantean in this November’s Justice League.
