The second season of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone prequel 1923 has made a new addition to its cast. According to Deadline, Augustus Prew (Players) is the latest to join Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren in the series.
Prew will play Paul, “a dapper, bookish, well-to-do young British man on a passenger ship”. He joins newcomers Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter), who will play a U.S. Marshall, and Janet Montgomery (New Amsterdam) as Hillary, “a thoughtful woman who does not want to see injustice go unpunished.”
1923 follows a new generation of Duttons led by patriarch Jacob (Harrison Ford) and matriarch Cara (Helen Mirren). The series explores the early 20th century, when pandemics, historic drought and the end of Prohibition plague the Mountain West and the Duttons who call it home.
