Boom! Studios has announced that it is teaming up with Saban Brands to publish an official sequel to the upcoming Power Rangers movie entitled Power Rangers: Aftershock, which will pick up where the film leaves off to continue the adventures of main characters Jason, Kimberly, Trini, Zack, and Billy.
Power Rangers: Aftershock is written by Ryan Parrott (Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, Batman: Gates of Gotham) and illustrated by Lucas Werneck, and will feature the two covers seen above: a movie cover that can be pre-ordered and purchased wherever books are sold, and an exclusive illustrated cover by Greg Smallwood (Moon Knight) that can only be pre-ordered and purchased through comic book shops. The graphic novel will hit on March 29th, following the release of the movie on March 24th.
