Sony Pictures has announced that its upcoming reboot of Charlie’s Angels has been pushed back two weeks and will now open on November 15th of this year.
Elizabeth Banks is directing Charlie’s Angels, which features Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska as a new team of Angels working for Charlie Townsend’s international security service.
The move from November 1st takes Charlie’s Angels away from the James Cameron-produced Terminator: Dark Fate, and puts the female-fronted action adventure in competition with James Mangold’s Ford v. Ferrari, Warner Bros.’ The Good Liar, Universal’s Last Christmas and an untitled horror from Orion Pictures.
