Well, that acting break didn’t last too long. Just a couple of weeks after dropping out of The Little Mermaid and all upcoming projects, Chloe Grace Moretz has signed on to appear in the upcoming remake of Dario Argento’s Suspiria.
Suspiria follows “a young ballet dancer who travels to a prestigious dance academy in Europe, only to discover it is a front for something far more sinister and supernatural amidst a series of increasingly grisly murders.”
The remake of the 1977 classic is being directed by Luca Guadagnino, who will be reuniting with A Bigger Splash stars Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton on the film. Mia Goth (Everest) is also attached to appear. Production is slated to begin this October, shooting in Italy and Hungary, and Amazon will distribute the project worldwide.
