Chris Hemsworth is game for an Asgardians of the Galaxy movie

June 4, 2019 by Samuel Brace

Chris Hemsworth, the actor behind Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, says that he is game for a team-up between Thor and the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Thor’s future certainly seems bright these days and actor Chris Hemsworth has said that he wants to keep playing the character even after the climactic events of Avengers: Endgame. The film saw Thor jet off with the Guardians of the Galaxy but could this be hinting at a future movie team-up?

Well, Hemsworth is certainly interested in the idea of joining the gang on some cosmic adventures, telling CinemaBlend in a response to a question about a film titled Asgardians of the Galaxy: “I’ll work with any of those guys. Asgardians of fhe Galaxy. That’s actually great. You might’ve just got me my next job. Thank you, man.”

It’s certainly a fun prospect to think of Thor and the Guardians joining forces for some space-set hijinks. We will have to wait and see if it happens for Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3.
