Chris Pratt returning to TV with conspiracy thriller series The Terminal List

May 9, 2020 by Gary Collinson

Chris Pratt is set to make his return to the small screen courtesy of Amazon, with the streamer snapping up the rights to The Terminal List, a conspiracy thriller series based upon the bestselling novel by Jack Carr.

As per Deadline, the series “follows James Reece (Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he loves.”

The Terminal List will reunite Pratt with The Magnificent Seven helmer Antoine Fuqua, who is directing the series and executive producing with Pratt and writer David DiGilio (Strange Angel).

Pratt began his career on TV with series regular roles on The CW’s Everwood and NBC’s Parks and Recreation before going on to star in the likes of Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World on the big screen. He’ll next be seen in The Tomorrow War, and has Jurassic World: Dominion and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 on his upcoming slate.
