Cleo Anthony in the running for Marvel’s Luke Cage

November 20, 2014 by Gary Collinson

Yesterday a potential shortlist of actors emerged for the roles of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage in Marvel’s upcoming Netflix series, with both Lance Gross (Crisis) and Mike Colter (The Following) said to be under consideration for Power Man.

Well, we can now add another name to the list, with Deadline revealing that up-and-coming actor Cleo Anthony (Divergent) is also in the running for Luke Cage. It’s the second update to their original story, after adding Marin Ireland (Homeland) to the Jessica Jones shortlist alongside Alexandra Daddario (True Detective), Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad), Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies) and Jessica De Gouw (Arrow).
