The second season of Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again has added Lili Taylor (Outer Range) to star alongside Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio.
Taylor’s role is being kept under wraps, but Deadline notes she is likely to play a political opponent to D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk, who in the series premiere of Daredevil: Born Again was voted in as New York City’s newest mayor despite his many crimes.
Taylor is the second addition to the upcoming season after Matthew Lillard was announced as joining the show just prior to the series premiere on Disney+. Like Taylor’s, Lillard’s role is also being kept under wraps.
Daredevil: Born Again is a continuation of Netflix’s Daredevil series, seeing the Man Without Fear formally join the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a broader capacity after Cox and D’Onofrio’s various cameos in Marvel productions, namely Spider-Man: No Way Home and Hawkeye.
The series just aired two new episodes this week and has three more left in its first season, culminating with its season finale on April 15th. Season two is in production now, with recent set photos showing Charlie Cox is Daredevil’s new black suit…
