It looks like David Bradley is set for another adventure in space and time, with The Mirror reporting that the Game of Thrones actor is set to portray the First Doctor in this year’s Doctor Who Christmas Special, which will mark the final appearance of Peter Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor.
Bradley previously portrayed William Hartnell, the actor behind the First Doctor, in the BBC’s Doctor Who 50th anniversary drama An Adventure in Space and Time. The plot will reportedly see the First Doctor joining forces with the Twelfth in order to save their home planet Gallifrey by moving it to another dimension.
