Fans of Disney’s Frozen have a little less time to wait for the return of Anna and Elsa, as the studio has announced that it has moved up the release of Frozen 2 a week, with the sequel now set to open on November 22nd 2019 rather than November 27th.
Frozen 2 is once again being directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, with Hidden Figures and Christopher Robin scribe Allison Schroeder recently announced as coming on board to work on the script with Lee.
The sequel to the 2003 monster hit will see the return of voice actors Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff as Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff, while Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld) and Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us) both join the cast in as-yet-unrevealed roles.
