The killer doll Chucky has run through New Jersey; he’s been to Hollywood and even the White House. So, what is left for him? Well, creator Don Mancini has a few ideas…
During a recent interview with Screen Rant, the filmmaker revealed that we could see Chucky head to space.
Mancini tells the outlet: “Everyone’s asking me that question! So, MY question is, ‘Do you want him to go to space?’ Do you personally want him to go? If there’s enough of a demand for that, eventually – I don’t know how quickly – I have an idea for that.”
As outlandish as ‘Chucky on the Moon’ sounds, plenty of horror franchises have done it. Alien made its claim to fame there, but Friday the 13th, Hellraiser, and even the Leprechaun franchise have all had space-set installments.

The wonderfully campy Chucky franchise would fit right in. With his latest adventures on the cult TV series, seeing the killer doll in the White House, his slipping into space to avoid another death could be a delight.
n Chucky’s unending thirst for power, season 3 now sees Chucky ensconced with the most powerful family in the world — America’s First Family, inside the infamous walls of the White House. How did Chucky wind up here? What in God’s name does he want? And how can Jake, Devon, and Lexy possibly get to Chucky inside the world’s most secure house, all while balancing the pressures of romantic relationships and growing up? Meanwhile, Tiffany faces a looming crisis of her own as the police close in on her for “Jennifer Tilly’s” murderous rampage last season.
The cast of Chucky includes Brad Dourif, Jennifer Tilly, and Devon Sawa, alongside Lara Jean Chorostecki, Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Arnarson, and Alyvia Alyn Lind.
