Fresh from the news that he’s set to direct a big screen adaptation of 2000 AD’s Rogue Trooper, it has now been announced that Duncan Jones (Moon, Warcraft) is set to direct and executive produce the TV series Killer Intent.
Based on the novel by Tony Kent, who is also leading the writers room for the series, Killer Intent follows the adventures of intelligence agent Joe Dempsey, Irish lawyer Michael Devlin and American television journalist Sarah Truman.
“It’s an extraordinary honor to have Duncan Jones and Liberty Films adapting Killer Intent for TV,” said Kent. “I’m absolutely blown away to be working with such outstanding talent, particularly as I have been a big fan going right back to the release of Moon almost 10 years ago.”
Jones’ most recent film Mute was released on Netflix earlier this year, and was met with mixed reviews. Read ours here.
