Paramount Pictures and Hasbro’s eOne have announced that their live-action Dungeons & Dragons movie is officially going by the title Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.
The fantasy film is being written and directed by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley (Game Night), and will reportedly “take a subversive approach to the game”, with leading man Chris Pine (Wonder Woman 1984) teasing recently that it’s like a mix of Game of Thrones, The Princess Bride, Monty Python and the Holy Grail and The Goonies.
Joining Pine in the cast of Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves are Michelle Rodriguez (F9), Hugh Grant (The Undoing), Sophia Lillis (It) and Justice Smith (Pokemon: Detective Pikachu).
