With only three weeks to go before Black Adam finally goes before the cameras, Dwayne Johnson has been sharing the first page of his script, as well as raising a toast to what he hopes will be “a quality anti-hero that we can all enjoy for many generations”.
In the video, Johnson calls out both the DC and Marvel cinematic universes as he puts them “on notice” about the impending impact of his villainous role, as well as sharing the first page of his working script, which contains a verse from Johnny Cash classic ‘Man in Black’.
“Ah, I’d love to wear a rainbow every day
And tell the world that everything’s okay
But I’ll try to carry off a little darkness on my back
‘Til things are brighter, I’m the Man In Black”
