Milestone and Dorna Sports have unveiled the first gameplay footage for MotoGP 21, the latest title in the popular motorbike racing simulator coming to the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Playstation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch and PC on 22nd April. Watch this new footage below…
MotoGP 21 will feature a series of new gameplay mechanics with one of these being the well-known Long Lap Penalty, this is a penalty for riders that are not racing in a fair manner and can be seen in the gameplay footage. This penalty involves the player having to take a route that runs outside of the track which ultimately adds some valuable seconds onto the riders lap time and potentially costing them a position in the race.
With this latest in the MotoGP series, players will have access to more than 120 official riders and over 20 tracks as well as 40 historic riders and their iconic bikes allowing players to relive a bit of MotoGP history.
As usual, players will be able to take full control of their racing career, join as team or start their own and hire all the professionals they need to help them through each season.
Look out for MotoGP 21 racing onto consoles and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam on 22nd April.
