Toho’s King of the Monsters has been battling some of the most iconic heroes of the Marvel universe in a series of one-shot comics this year, with the crossover set to culminate this summer with the event series Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe.
Written by Gerry Duggan with art by Javier Garrón, the five-part series will get underway in July, and Marvel has announced that the first issue will be available with six variant covers from Garrón and fellow artists John Tyler Christopher, Sean Galloway, E.J. Su, Leinil Francis Yu and Dave Wachter; check them out here…

A previously dormant Godzilla has been angrily awoken and begun carving a path of annihilation as Earth’s Mightiest Heroes band together to try and stop its cataclysmic rampage!
