Sean Gunn, one of the stars of the Guardians of the Galaxy films and James Gunn’s brother, has commented on the rumour that he might join his brother’s Suicide Squad sequel.
Sean Gunn who has also commented recently about the future of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, has now addressed whether we might see him join up with his brother James Gunn, now that the latter is directing The Suicide Squad.
Sean and James have been a part of the MCU since 2014 but with James now gone is it possible that Sean could join him in the upcoming DC film? In a recent interview at the premiere of Captain Marvel (via ComicBook.com), the actor gave his answer:
“It’s interesting to me as an artist. It’s even more interesting as a brother. My brother and I have worked together in many capacities, since we were kids. If he wants me to do something, I will do it. But one of the things I respect most about him is that he’s a storyteller first and foremost. So he’s not going to try to cram me in there if I don’t belong. If he has a part for me, I’d be happy to go do it, but we also have our separate careers and I’m doing my own thing as well, so we’ll just see what happens there.”
