April 15, 2019 by Matt Rodgers

All seven episodes of season 2 are to be directed by American Honey‘s Andrea Arnold, who’ll be working from a script written by David E. Kelly, based on Liane Moriarty’s book.

Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern and Zoe Kravitz will all reprise their roles, while the blockbuster casting of Meryl Streep, as Mary Louise Wright, mother to Alexander Skarsgard’s Perry Wright, ensure that what was already must-see television, is now unmissable.

Big Little Lies will air on HBO from June 10th, 2019.
