Heather Graham joins Netflix’s Love, Guaranteed

October 23, 2019 by Gary Collinson

Fresh from her casting in the Stephen King adaptation The Stand, Deadline is reporting that Heather Graham has signed on to star in director Mark Steven Johnson’s (Daredevil) new Netflix feature Love, Guaranteed, joining the previously announced Rachael Leigh Cook (She’s All That) and Damon Wayans Jr. (Let’s Be Cops).

The film sees Cook portraying Susan, an earnest attorney who begrudgingly takes on a high-profile case from Nick (Wayans), a charming new client looking to sue a dating website which guarantees its users will find love. However, as the lawsuit heats up, so too do their feelings for each other, potentially jeopardising the case.

Graham will play Tamara Taylor, the ruthless CEO of the website Love Guaranteed, who is described as “a ruthless businesswoman who built a lifestyle brand from the ground up and will crush anyone or anything that gets in her way.”

Filming on Love, Guaranteed is underway now, with Johnson directing from a script by Elizabeth Hackett and Hilary Galanoy, which is based on an original idea from Cook.
