Heatwave and Captain Cold spotted on set of The Flash

October 19, 2014 by James Garcia

New photos from the set of The Flash provide our first look at Prison Break actors Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell as supervillains Captain Cold and Heatwave respectively. Their alliance marks the show’s first step toward introducing The Rogues, a group of Flash villains who unite to take down the scarlet speedster…

As you can see, Miller is sporting Captain Cold’s trademark furry-hooded parka and freeze ray, while Heatwave is dressed in what looks like fireproof material and sports a red gun flame-throwing weapon for himself.

Miller will appear as Captain Cold in The Flash‘s fourth episode, which will serve as a crossover with Arrow. Purcell won’t debut as Heatwave until week ten, but it’s then that he’ll team up with his frosty-eyed counterpart and wreak some havoc on Central City.

The Flash airs on Tuesdays on the CW at 8pm.
