Hell Architect gets a new trailer

April 17, 2019 by Andrew Newton

There’s plenty of games out there that let you play as a god, guiding little people into a happy life, but Hell Architect from Woodland Games will have gamers playing as a devil and guide little people into a very unhappy afterlife.  Hell Architect is set to release on Steam in 2020 but you can see what punishments lay in store by watching the trailer below…

In Hell Architect, Lucifer needs someone to design the ultimate Hell, a place that will provide a suitable amount of pain and despair that will make him happy, that someone is you.  As Hell’s manager players will need to develop the underworld and ensure that sinners receive the punishments they deserve.

Players will start off with some basic buildings such as power stations and canteens but will need to build other structures, including shrines, toilets and finally intricate torture contraptions.  These contraptions can then be used to meet out punishments on sinners or just used for a bit of sadistic fun.

Hell Architect has been inspired by games such as Dungeon Keeper, Oxygen not Included and Prison Architect and will be available on Steam in 2020.

Hell Architect is a game about building and managing your own hell. You take on a role of a hell manager and are tasked with developing the underworld in a way that would make Lucifer himself fall off his chair.
