Creator Dana Gould has announced that the John C. McGinley-headlined comedy horror series Stan Against Evil has been cancelled by IFC after three seasons.
“It had a great run of three seasons,” said Gould on his podcast. “It’s not coming back. Will it show up in some other form on some other network someday? Maybe. But right now, as we like to say, it’s dead as Kelsey’s nuts”.
Premiering in 2016, Stan Against Evil starred McGinley as Stanley Miller, the former sheriff of a small New Hampshire town built on the site of a massive witch burning, which is haunted by all manner of demons, witches and evil spirits.
