Following on from the news that she will be returning to Haddonfield for the latest instalment of the Halloween franchise, Variety is reporting that Jamie Lee Curtis has also added a new TV project to her upcoming slate.
According to the site, Curtis will executive produce and star in a new multi-camera comedy at CBS entitled Quality of Life, which is described as “a multi-generational sitcom set at a family-run funeral home, tackling life through the unique perspective that growing up in a funeral home gives you.”
Curtis is set to play the family matriarch, and has created the story with Janis Hirsch (Til Death, Will & Grace), who will also executive produce as well as penning the script. The show will mark a return to the small screen for Curtis, who recently starred in both seasons of the Fox anthology series Scream Queens.
