Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club) has briefly commented on his portrayal of iconic Batman villain The Joker in upcoming DC movie Suicide Squad.

Batman-News reported that Leto made comments about his work on Suicide Squad during a Q&A event for his band 30 Seconds to Mars.
Leto said, when asked about the film: “I can’t wait for you to see this – they’re going to lock me away in a box after this movie comes out.”
The star’s words will continue to spark speculation about what role Joker will play in Suicide Squad and how Leto will approach the role made iconic on the big screen by names as big as Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger.

Ben Affleck (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice) also appears in some form in the film as Batman.
