With filming having wrapped last week, Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting have announced that the cast of the hotly-anticipated Terrifier 3 has expanded with the inclusion of The Lost Boys star Jason Patric.
“To say it’s an honor and a privilege having Jason on board is an understatement,” states director Damien Leone. “He’s one of the best actors of his generation and has a deep respect for this franchise and his craft which is why I’m thrilled for fans to see his pivotal role in the Terrifier universe. It’s not every day I get to work with the star of some of my favorite films (if you know me, you know how I feel about The Lost Boys in particular), so this has been a dream come true and a very exciting collaboration to say the least.”
Terrifier 3 sees the return of the murderous Art the Clown, portrayed once again by David Howard Thornton, as the sadastic killer unleashes another round of chaos, this time upon the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they drift off the sleep on Christmas eve.
Along with Thornton and Patric, the cast of Terrifer 3 includes the returning Lauren LaVera (Sienna), Samantha Scaffidi (Victoria Heyes), Elliot Fullam (Jonathan Shaw) and Chris Jericho (Burke), with Daniel Roebuck also joining the franchise as Santa Claus.
Terrifier 3 is set for release on October 11th.
