There’s been a tonne of speculation as to which character Jena Malone could be playing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but it seems we’ll have to wait a little longer to find out the answer as Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the actress has been cut from the theatrical release of the movie.
However, the site also reveals that she will feature in the R-rated Ultimate Edition of the movie, which is said to include more new characters, along with “even more brutal fight scenes as well as additional hints at future films.”
UPDATE: Director Zack Snyder has debunked the rumours surrounding Malone’s character, stating that: “I think we should keep it private, but it’s nothing that’s been talked about. She’s definitely not Robin or Batgirl. I’m happy to say that.”
