It looks like Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne may not be the only superheroes in action in Ant-Man and the Wasp, with Showbiz 411 reporting that Jeremy Renner will be reprising the role of Hawkeye for the 2018 sequel.
Renner is currently shooting Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4, but the report states that he’ll also be shooting the Ant-Man follow-up back-to-back(-to-back) with the Avengers movies once production gets underway in the summer, which will prevent him from appearing in Mission: Impossible 6.
In addition to Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly, both Michael Douglas (Hank Pym) and Michael Pena (Luis) are set to return for the sequel, as is director Peyton Reed.
UPDATE: According to Peyton Reed, Hawkeye won’t be appearing in the film after all…
The Russians are swarm-tweeting that Hawkeye is in ANT-MAN AND THE WASP. #FakeNews

Meanwhile, during Disney’s CinemaCon presentation, we also got a glimpse at the first logo for Ant-Man and the Wasp, although we can probably expect this to change at least once before the film hits in 2018…
