We’re a matter of days away from seeing John Cena’s DC bow when James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad is finally released in cinemas, but now we’ve also been given details of when his character Peacemaker will debut his standalone series on HBO Max.
James Gunn confirmed season one had wrapped earlier this month, and we already knew that it was set to arrive in January 2022, but now thanks to the DC Press Portal (via comicbookmovie.com) it has been revealed that the first three episodes of Peacemaker will hit HBO Max on January 16th, 2022, with a further five episodes landing on a weekly basis.
If that wasn’t exciting enough then we also have the titles of the first three installments:
- A Whole New Whirled
- Best Friends Never
- Better Goff Dead
UPDATE: According to our contact at HBO Max, the above date is inaccurate and a premiere date is yet to be set. We’ll update when this changes.
