A trailer has arrived online for writer-director James Ashcroft’s The Rule of Jenny Pen, an upcoming horror-thriller praised by Stephen King as one of the best movies of the year.
Based on Owen Marshall’s short story, the film follows a Stefan (Geoffrey Rush), a judge who moves into a retirement home following a stroke where he finds himself in conflict with sadistic resident Dave (John Lithgow), who terrorises the other residents using a dementia doll.
