Ray Fisher, one of the stars of Justice League, has suggested than an NDA is what is stopping him from providing details about Joss Whedon’s on-set behaviour.
Recently Cyborg actor Fisher has been speaking about what he perceived to be abusive behaviour by Joss Whedon after the Avengers helmer took on directing duties on Justice League. Following on from this, Kevin Smith shared what he heard about Whedon on set and how we was allegedly bad-mouthing Zack Snyder after taking the reigns on the shoot.
Fisher hasn’t provided any real details about what Whedon was apparently doing on-set to upset everyone but he has now revealed that an NDA is preventing him from revealing everything. Speaking on Instagram, he said:
“I am still very much under contract and I am still very much under Non-Disclosure Agreement. So I’ve got to be very careful about what I say and how I say it, otherwise I can get sued into oblivion. So just a disclaimer there. For the folks who were looking for more specifics in the moment right now, I’m sorry that I cannot give them to you in the moment right now. Just gotta make sure all your ducks are laid out in a row so you can go ahead and handle the situation appropriately so you don’t end up being, outside of professionally liable, legally liable for anything that could be litigious or whatever that would be. This will take some time, we will get it done, we will win, and then we’ll be able to move on in the world. That’s it.”

Fisher certainly doesn’t want to get himself into legal trouble by speaking about Whedon. Hopefully, once Fisher is free to speak his mind, the truth of the situation will be made more clear.

But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder and features Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and Robin Wright as General Antiope, J.K.
