While 2012’s Dredd movie firmly established itself as a favourite among fans of the Mega-City One lawman (and with good reason, as it was excellent), the poor box office performance of the film meant that plans for a sequel were left in tatters.
Over the past couple of years, the Bring Back Dredd campaign has been lobbying for a follow-up, before shifting their focus earlier this year to petition streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon to get behind a TV show based upon the iconic 2000 AD character. And, should that happen, it looks like Karl Urban is on board.
