20th Century Fox and The Walt Disney Studios have officially announced that Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman prequel spinoff film is going by the title The King’s Man. Here’s a first synopsis for the movie, which is currently in production:
As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in THE KING’S MAN, directed by Matthew Vaughn, coming to theaters February 2020.

The King’s Man (which had previously been referred to as Kingsman: The Great Game) sees Vaughn directing a cast that includes Harris Dickinson (Trust), Ralph Fiennes (Spectre), (Kick-Ass), Gemma Arterton (Quantum of Solace), Matthew Goode (The Good Wife), Tom Hollander (Bohemian Rhapsody), Rhys Ifans (Alice Through The Looking Glass), Daniel Bruhl (Captain America: Civil War), Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), Djimon Hounsou (Captain Marvel) and Alison Steadman (Orphan Black).
