LEGO Ninjago City Workshops modular set unveiled ahead of March release

LEGO has unveiled the next addition to the LEGO Ninjago modular building  line with the Ninjago City Workshops building kit which goes on sale on March 1st, priced at $249.99; check out the promotional images here…

Ninja fans aged 14 and up can add to their collection of LEGO® NINJAGO® City models with this stunning and detailed NINJAGO City Workshops (71837) building kit. The large ninja playset model features 4 action-packed floors of apartments, stores and restaurants, some of which can be removed and played with separately, plus a mechanic workshop and 2 working cranes.

This is the first NINJAGO City model to feature a posable mech toy for kids to build and customize with a selection of armor and stickers, using the cranes to lift and lower parts between floors. Once built, the mech can then be displayed on a platform in the mech bay.

The adventure toy set also comes with 10 NINJAGO minifigures: Zane, Pixal, Model Shop Owner, Workshop Mechanic,Restaurant Worker and Dragonian Tourist, plus never-seen-before Dorama, Dr. LaRow, Harumi, Twitchy Tim and a brick-built Dorama’s Puppet figure. Fans can use these characters to stage epic battles from season 3 of the NINJAGO Dragons Rising TV show.
